SNIGDHA SHARMA
Founder and Advocate
Snigdha, Founder & Director of Megh Lex, specializes in Corporate and Intellectual Property Law and serves on multiple company boards. A Masters from Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, she excels in contract review, Intellectual Property Law, and Company Law. Recognized as one of the Top 10 Women in IP and Copyright by 'Women Entrepreneur India' in 2021, she focuses on strategic legal solutions and client relationship management.
ANANYA BORA
Partner, Human Resources
Ananya is the HR Partner at Meghlex and has over 15 years of operational experience in various Human Resources Functions and Organizational Development. Prior to this, she has held positions in Human Resources Management and Learning & Development in industries including Real Estate, Education, ITes, Hospitality amongst others.

Her areas of expertise include overall strategic HRM planning & formulation as per the organization’s KPIs, project deadlines and budgets, providing leadership and management of overall Human Resources Operations including manpower planning & talent management, organizational change & labor laws.

KAUSHAL KUMAR
Kaushal is an advisor in IPR and Corporate law. He completed his BA.LLB (Hons) from JMI, New Delhi and also holds an LLM (IP) from Mumbai University, MPA (Public Policy). He's a WIPO-trained IP consultant in the core field of IP at University of Geneva, Switzerland in collaboration with WIPO, Geneva.
He has worked on IP matters across diverse sectors including Healthcare, Automobile, F.M.C.G, Food and beverages, Cosmetics, Sports, Electronics, Education, Household Goods, and Pharmaceuticals.
RUMELA GUHA
Rumela graduated from NLC, Pune and LL.M from Cardiff (UK). She has been practicing in Writ, Civil and Criminal matters for 10 years in District Courts, High Courts as well as in the Supreme Court of India.
She also had the experience of being Assistant Advocate General for the State of Tripura for several years.
Rumela also has experience in Family Law, Consumer Protection Law, Arbitration Law, Laws of Debt Recovery, and others.
KISHORE KUMAR S
Kishore is a BE graduate from MIT and an LLB graduate. He stood among the top students in LLB in Karnataka.
Kishore has counselled more than 500 clients on family matters and has expertise in dealing with property matters, RTI and intellectual property rights. He has experience working with leading NGOs as a counselor on family matters.
PRIYAMBIKA MAHESHKUMAR JHA
Priyambica is a BALLB gold medalist (2004) from NLC, Pune, and has a Diploma in IPR, Cyber Law, Cyber Crime, Forensic and Labor Law.
