Meghlex started in 2012 by helping start-ups like us cross legal hurdles in setting up and growing. Today we're a full-fledged legal boutique, handling a range of services. SNIGDHA SHARMA: FOUNDER & ADVOCATE
Snigdha is the Founder & Director of Meghlex and specializes in Corporate and Intellectual Property Law. She also serves as a Director on the Board of several companies. Snigdha did her graduation and post graduation from the Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College.

Snigdha is proficient in reviewing and drafting contracts across multiple domains. She has core expertise in matters related to Intellectual Property Law, Company Law and Insolvency Code. Her practice primarily revolves around analysis, strategy, and effective execution in finding solutions to legal problems. Key verticals she has personally handled include Business Development and Relationship Management with clients across domains. Snigdha recently received recognition from 'Women Entrepreneur India' as one of the Top 10 Women in IP and Copyright - 2021. Read her article here.

ANANYA BORA: PARTNER, HUMAN RESOURCES
Ananya is the HR Partner at Meghlex and has over 15 years of operational experience in various Human Resources Functions and Organizational Development. Prior to this, she has held positions in Human Resources Management and Learning & Development in industries including Real Estate, Education, ITes, Hospitality amongst others.

Her areas of expertise include overall strategic HRM planning & formulation as per the organization’s KPIs, project deadlines and budgets, providing leadership and management of overall Human Resources Operations including manpower planning & talent management, organizational change & labor laws.
